We've done this as a demo for the BBC Backstage competition, but we thought the rest of you might like to see it as well. Charlotte provides a natural language interface to the TVAnywhere XML files that detail the BBC (and other broadcasters) schedules. Read more about Charlotte and have a chat with her. Charlotte demonstrates the beauty of our approach, as to develop her all that was needed was a new module to read the TVAnywhere format and present it as a new <system> call in AIML, and then the set of AIML cases to interrogate the module. Once done we can now drop the module into any chatbot (assuming you have a licence for the TVAnytime files of course!)
