One area that particularly interests us is the potential for chatbots to present a user-friendly interface to the web for blind and partially sighted users. Whilst sophisticated "audio browsers" like JAWS have been available for some time, they are really more for expert users rather than average users.
Using the audio element of a chatbot - particularly combined with a speech to text input, we have the ideal opportunity to create an audio guide to help blind and partially sighted people use the web.
