"Cases" is the term for how the VA replies to user input. Daden chatbots can be loaded with a variety of cases, either singly or in combination.
Smalltalk - Every Daden chatbot comes preloaded with our "smalltalk" set of cases which allows the chatbot to handle the small talk typically found in any conversation (eg how are you, talk to me, what do you like to talk about etc). We offer an Open and Closed versions of smalltalk. Closed ensures that the VA stays "on topic" and doesn't start saying things you might not agree with! Open allows the chatbot to simulate a real conversation - no matter where it may go - to the best of its ability.
Personality - We can work with you to create a set of cases which reflect the personality of the chatbot. These will include details such as the chatbots name, age, location, job, likes, dislikes etc. We have a standard proforma which allows us to rapidly build this set of cases with you.
Client Knowledge - Here we load the chatbot with the information it needs to know to represent your company and your products. Again a standard template makes loading this information a relatively simple exercise. If you have information available in a simply formatted electronic format (eg a database of spreadsheet) then loading can be even simpler.
General Knowledge - If you want your chatbot to have a reasonable level of general knowledge then we have a set of predefined cases which can acahive this. The base set of a thousand cases lets the chatbot know key common facts about films, books, music, geography, politics and history. Fuller databases can be created, including bespoke areas.
