All about who we are

Daden Limited was founded in October 2004 by David Burden and specialises in immersive learning & training systems and 3D data visualisation.  Our immersive 3D based solutions help organisations enhance and improve their staff and their business.

We are one of the best regarded companies working in the 3D immersive learning space, with a good reputation in the UK and abroad, and within the broader virtual worlds industry. Daden was a double prize-winner in the US Government’s Federal Virtual World Challenge in March 2010, were a finalist in the 2013 Unity Awards, and we were the technical partners in projects that won the Times Higher Education Oustanding use of ICT Project award in 2009 and 2014.

Our two core products are Trainingscapes - 3D immersive learning applications which can be delivered over the web, as PC/Mac downloads or on tablet computers, and Datascape - a unique 3D immersive data visualisation application.

We also have expertise in chatbots and artificial intelligence (which we often use on our education projects), and in integrating 3D and virtual reality control and display devices (such as Oculus Rift) with our 3D environments.

Daden’s national and international clients range from the private sector to central and local government, education, public safety, and health & care, and include the Ministry of Defence, the City of New York, Birmingham City Council, University Hospital Birmingham, St George's Hospital, Hong Kong University,  the University of West England and almost two dozen other universities in the UK and abroad.
