
ACS clients can now maintain their chatbots from our new web-based chatbot management applications. This will let clients:
- edit, add and delete cases (the chatbot's "knowledge")
- create new domains ( knowledge on a particular subject)
- import and export the cases as AIML
- import and export the cases as delimited text files for use in spreadsheets
- export log files
- view logs of conversations
- create new cases with a single click on a conversation entry in the log
- edit the configuration data for the chatbot
- link through to any avatar or text-to-speech management
Users will need an ID and password to access the service, and these are being mailed to existing clients. Otherwise here are a couple of screenshots.
